Patients receive a personalized medical assessment performed by our trained Geriatrics Medicine physician specialist. Our assessments and care emphasize sensitivity, professionalism, and respect. The physician specialist sees patients where they live, be it their own house, family home, assisted living center, or nursing facility. We believe this comfortable, familiar environment is the best place to conduct an assessment. Each consultation incorporates the entire spectrum of biomedical, psychosocial, and functional health needs.
